he cheese is small in size, soft and slightly consistent, with light holes. The interior part is white, soft: it still retains the sweetness of milk, but has already developed its characteristic flavour and aroma.

The colour varies from white milk to ivory to straw yellow.

Sweet and pleasant.

Ageing:

Aged for a minimum of 5 days.

Aroma:

Fresh and delicate.
