Formaggio Tipico Branzi P.A.T.
Traditional Agri-food Product. Branzi is a small town in Alta Brembana Valley, where San Matteo’s fair takes place on 21st September. Already in the early nineteenth century, many traders went to this area to buy cheeses. In the past this cheese was made with cow’s milk mixed with goat’s or sheep’s milk.
