An introduction video will show visitors the beauty of Bergamo and its Province and will take them from lakes to mountains, from the beautiful medioeval Piazza Vecchia in Città Alta to Sala delle Capriate in Palazzo della Ragione with its stunning medioeval frescos.

This is just the beginning of a virtual journey that will allow you to learn about cheeses from the UNESCO Creative Cities of Gastronomy, Orobian Cheese Valleys cheeeses and cheeses from Lombardy thanks to multimedia materials, interesting facts and technical information.

Carlo Giordani. The sound engineer poet.

Carlo Giordani is an eclectic electronic engineer working in the Information and Communications Technology sector, project manager and consultant. He also worked as a geophysicist, as a signal processing and electromagnetic field algorithms software developer and industrial software designer. He is keen on photography and phonography since 1980. He can get unexpected and striking sounds from everyday life and can convey emotions through his soundscapes.

The cheese song

The splash of milk in the bucket, a dog barking, even a fly flying… A video you can listen to, if possible with headphones, to follow the cheese journey from mountain pastures to shelves for cheese maturation, with a new point of view that turns the ordinary into the extraordinary.
